This program, also called Jenn Lidè pou Bondye in Creole, trains a select group of  12-15 young men and women to be godly servant leaders in their families, churches and communities.

The class, taught by Barb Van Schoyck and Derold
Mompremier, focuses on servant leadership and teaches principles such as self discipline, biblical leadership, purity, setting priorities, Bible study techniques and Christian character. Young people selected for this course meet twice a week in a round table discussion format focusing on class topics and their life applications. Students also participate in service projects in the local area to apply principles learned in the class. Guest speakers, such as pastors and leaders in the community, are often brought in to discuss their own leadership experiences with the students and to offer encouragement and advice to the young people.

The entire course lasts roughly 100 hours, beginning in November and continuing into May.
